yes THE word was God and the word become flesh hello that means God become flesh how are u reading it anyother way do u have the Holy Ghost We are to be led by the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost will never lead you contrary to the written word. Never! The Holy Ghost and the word work together. We need both the Word and the Spirit. Lacking either, We are going to miss the mark!

@TruthAtlas I agree..I am a former oneness pentecostal who has gone from oneness to one...I believe God our Father is the only God just like Jesus said in John 17:3

@OnlyTheScriptures No! He did not, he claimed the exact opposite. He claimed to be the son of God. You actually end up denying that relationship and who Jesus REALLY is if you elevate him to a position of eternal and equal with God Himself. You actually end up possibly denying that he came in the flesh if you give him a complete non-human pre-existence or a divine nature while on earth.

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

John 1:1,14

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God....And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth and again the word become flesh so God become flesh it feels llike iam talking to a5year old

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist so if u believe that Jesus is not God in the flesh then your a deceiver and an antichrist plain in sample
