  • shaf's using what appears to be an 8kg (18#) kb ... it doesn't much matter though ... keep in mind he's got the whole warmup in mind, which is meant to be light

    it is a good idea to start light with windmills ... as with most movements, increasing the load forces you to true up the form, or else you fail

    so start light-ish, add load, improve form, add load, improve form, and on and on
