  • The beets have so much sugar cause if not they taste a bit like mud.... =) thats why they add the sugar, so it tastes SWEET as you called it :D

  • My favorite thing to do with tuna is i take 1 can of tuna in water, drain it, its a 140g ... i put in 50 g of low fat cottage cheese, 2 tsp of grainy mustard, "healthy mustard, no sugar or nothing added", and some Franks hot sauce, chop up purple/red onion very fine and mix all of this together... TUNA SALAD! belive me it is SOOOO GOOD, and so much better then the mayo crap :D Cut up some lettuce and mix together or put it on a cracker,rice cake or crisp bread :D

    i don't like to work out because i am lazy but i don't like the way i looks right now and i usually tries to eat healthy. i love to eat any types of food i love it. please help!

    I do basketball everyday during the months of november to january. the rest of the year i go to the weight room and lift weights, run on the bike/ treadmill twice a week. but i think i eat too much processed foods and sweets. i don't often eat veggies. help me please

  • @halycyon1234 yes. "tongol" tuna at trader joes has the lowest amount of mercury.

  • female19Y, 5,8, 140 pounds. I use to be a elite tennis player until i was 16. After I stopped I use to go to the gym between 5-7 times a week. I really want a four pack, but my body isn't letting me and I think it's linked to my diet since i know how to exercise. I don't eat fish or seafood as well as eggs unless they are mixed into things. For the past 3 months I have been focusing on school so I haven't had time to focus on sports. Please could you help me set up a diet that could help me.
