My sister is an alcoholic and the story this performance tells is touching and heartbreaking. I love her for this because she shows the vulnerable, tender, sad and hopeful heart that worn out lonely people can have. It makes me cry and takes my breath away at the same time. Bette is not just a fabulous entertainer but a great performance artist. She touches our humanity. Love you Bette!
