Just unveiled by Homaru Cantu in the former Otom space, ING's plush red couches and distressed oak walls are fronted by an open kitchen cranking out handmade udon noodles in a Vietnamese coriander broth w/ tempura rock shrimp & encapsulated coconut, whiskey-kissed Wagyu beef with a savory soy rice krispy treat, and, for dessert, a mango-topped, maple stout-sauced "waffle" made from coconut sorbet frozen into shape with an anti-griddle, one of the few instances of frozen waffling that doesn't involve Brett Favre.
