Sure. He he was saying that New Zealanders who want to live in Australia must be very stupid (because New Zealand is a better place) - but Australians are even stupider than very stupid New Zealanders. So, if a very stupid NZer went to live in Australia, the average IQ for both countries would be raised.  Do you get it?

Wrong.

There was no Australia before 1901. it was proposed that the British colonies of Australasia unify. New Zealand didn't join this union for various reason. For a while in the early days of NZ in the 19th century , NZ was administered by the govt of New South Wales. But that didn't last very long and it was NSW, not Australia. As mentioned. Australia came into being in 1901.
