  • @kinkiesse8 My friend, there’s a huge or very serious secret in IMF pouring money in Rwanda. It’s long and need another day, but you will be surprised to know why IMF is financing Rwandan development projects. It’s not about genocide as many folks think, it’s more than that my friend. It has every thing to do with water ( Nile river ), believe or not. I leave it for next time

  • @kinkiesse8 You mentioned a lack of gratitude from Rwandans for help they’ve gotten. My friend, some times the truth is much better left unspoken, for not causing more ham than good. Museveni never utilized Rwandans as of pity he had for them, it was a necessity rather than a solidarity. Museveni was a product of Communism, coming out of Daressalam University in Tanzania, in the aftermath of first major conflict between Tanzania and Uganda ( Nyerere VS Iddi Amin ).

  • @kinkiesse8 The whole Western hemisphere supported Tanzania to oust Iddi Amin, since the late was kinda anti-West. After the war that ousted Idi Amin, Uganda plunged into anarchy. There was a coup after another, Obote 1, Okelo, Obote 2, and so forth…. Until Museveni decided to launch his campaign to take over. He’s from Ankore tribe and there was no trustworthy ally in surrounding tribes to forge alliance of rebellion.

  • @kinkiesse8 At that time, Rwandans refugees were plenty in Uganda, and were close to Museveni’s tribe in every sense, so it was feasible to young communist Museveny, to incorporate Rwandans into his plan, and act as if those Rwandans are Ankore;

  • @kinkiesse8 remember that Rwandan refugees was mistreated by previous Uganda leaders, therefore, when the idea of joining Museveni came across, they jumped at it in the way that surprised Museveni himself. After the success of Museveni taking over Uganda, CIA sought opportunity to turn Museveni into an American ally together with Kenya.

  • @kinkiesse8 Americans started to put money into Uganda, and Rwandans took opportunity of that conflict of interest between Communism and Capitalism, Rwandans then start to build their 100% Rwandan Army within Ugandan National Army, leaving no stone unturned, and no Ugandan knew it, neither Museveni himself, nor Americans who were financing Museveni. Museveni could never had even survived a week without Rwandan refugees, not in bush combat or even after the war..

  • @kinkiesse8 Many politicians, including Museveni or Habyarimana of Rwanda, or even French politicians who backed Rwanda Hutu government since 1959, none of them believed that Rwandan refugees could return home. That is why Habyarimana advised by French, started to ask countries around the world to take Rwandan Tutsi refugees ino a third country for final resettlement

  • @kinkiesse8 My friend, what you don’t know up to this day, is the power of Rwandan network world-wide. In 1984-85 France sped up the effort to find a resettlement for Rwandan Tutsi refugees, and erase that cause once for all, at the same time Rwandans have all ready completed the plan to go back to their native country ( Rwanda ) without seeking help from any one, even Museveni, because that would leave a huge void in Museveni’s security base.

  • @kinkiesse8 In 1987, Rwandan refugees invited President Habyarimana in Kampala, Ugandan as a guest of honor, to pin the highest military ranks on Ugandan Officers shoulders. Guess what? Those officers were the current Rwandan President Kagame and his brethren. They asked Habyarimana to repatriate Rwandans to their native country, and they stated that they don’t need to immigrate to any where other than Rwanda..

  • @kinkiesse8 Habyarimana went to France instead, to report the incident, then French politicians assured him that nothing will ever happen. 3 years latter, in October 1990, while Museveni was out of Ugandan, Rwandan Patriotic Front started a military operation to take them back to Rwanda, where they belong. Whoever told you that Rwandans did not appreciate the help they got, he/she forgot to tell you either, how and in what circumstances they got that help
