Continued... That shaft will play very soft! As for the guy asking to buy the old shaft... That's funny!!! That old shaft is toast!!! The tip on that thing is gone.

Actually JPbill2 is just giving people proper advice. It's horrible when someone post videos about things they know nothing about. That reshaft was worthless and a waste of time and money.... Do you know why? Because he still pretty much has a stiff shaft. He didn't trim the tip! That's a standard bore adapter and that shaft required at least 1 inch tip trimming for standard bore.

@zedomax I think that guy (JPBill2) used to work in golf repair. He's all over Youtube posting very negative comments on peoples golf repair videos. I'm just saying that, "If he doesn't like your video he should click the thumbs down and move on. If he doesn't like the way you did something in your video he could offer a constructive comment without being a jerk." But no, his comment is just rude. I see his channel has no videos posted, so I guess he takes his own advice.

@bogushavis or just speak, you have nothing to lose.

@JPBill2 A wise man speaks because he has something to say. A fool speaks because he has to say something.

what an insult to golf techs.
1. trying to remove the shaft like that can break the shaft and cause the graphite to shatter in the hosel.
2. hitting the hosel with a damn hammer will bend it and make it not grip to the driver as well.
3. when you over heated it and the hosel popped off without a doubt deformed the inside.
4. using a pipe cutter on graphite will split the graphite.
sometimes spending money to get it done right is better then wasting money by doing it wrong.

Just bolt a vise to your counter

@zedomax yup, back in the days when i was still plumbing (before becoming a pilot and golfing 4 days aweek) i was a plumber now they have automatic pipe cutters quite cool
