Until 1993, Dalai always advocated independence. Then he realized he had to go to the middle road to be more practical way of going independence later on. But he lied and lied again and Chinese government will not welcome him at all!

@dorje168 Cont. How ever you should check your fact's. Liberating china from Communism is the solution. China has improved Tibet, it now has running water electricity and secular education. the people are now able to earn a living and are given respect and freedom's. however it's far from perfect, Tibet essentially doesn't have anything no resources no way to support them self's... lets cut Tibet off from china their life support what a silly idea. Just wait China is going to revolutionize soon.
