I think i've figured it out. Why people don't seem to like Joy Division fans and fan's of good music that is. Its probably because a lot of them are pretentious weiners.

They cant appreciate someone showing how much a great band like Joy Division has influenced them.

But then again music is subjective and not all people can be as open minded to all music even though think they're better because they listen to good music.

why are people disliking this? just because its a cover of an oh so precious joy division song probably. if this was original they would love it. why bother comparing it? its pointless. whenever i hear a cover i just take it for what it is. and this a cool song, cover or not.
