You declare the man guilty because he was accused of something? This video was posted more than 3 years ago, even today Stanford has yet to be convicted of any crime. What if a person who will one day try Stanford on a jury saw this video and heard Cenk saying this stuff? It could easily poison their perceptions of an, as yet, innocent man.
