  • I have to disagree with your seat setting statement. As an avid cyclist you shouldn't simply go by waist height. Leg extension should be the deciding factor in seat height. Looking at your video I'd say your seat is too low. You want to have your leg nearly fully extended on the downward stroke. Too much bend in the knee downward or upward isn't a good thing. Also everyone's leg length is different- one more reason not to measure waist wise.
