Prospecting is a must in the world of sales and that is even more important when this involves a new somewhat complicated technology. This new technology involves the internet and virtual prospecting and the sooner you get yourself trained in this area the better off you will be in this area.

Real estate agents should be getting up to speed on the internet because as the National Association of Realtor has discovered in a survey - 96% of all buyers now go to the Internet to start their home search and they choose the first agent they meet 75% of the time.

What is even as alarming they also show that 88% of agent spend the majority of their time running newspaper adds and other out of date methods to try to get their leads.

And it just goes on, I read the other day only 7% of buyers and sellers now go to papers and magazines to start their search.
