  • @fkncody Calves are mostly genetic but you can still add plenty of mass with hard work. :)

  • Thanks for the video, Stew. On your suggestion, I researched the Indo board but came across a similar product in my office's medical supply catalogs called the Bongo Board. It's similar to the Indo board except the roller on the bottom is tethered to the board itself, eliminating the possibility of the roller getting out from under your board like at 4:45 in your video. The cheapest place I found it was through Amazon.com. BTW, I'm not affiliated with either product, just my honest opinion.
