What's the problem? The asshole tried to pass an innocent motorist on the shoulder, was speeding like a sociopathical anarchist, endangered dozens of innocent people, and he bit the dust. Now he can't hurt anyone else. This is a happy video.

I should also say, thankyou for making this video! We need better public service announcements here in the US in regards to seat belt safety. The ones in the UK and Australia are much more effective and get the point across a lot better.

What ticks me off is that federal law still has certain tests that new cars must pass for keeping UNBELTED occupants safe in crashes! Seatbelts laws exist in 49 states. Auto manufacturers shouldn't be designing cars to keep people safe who obviously don't care about safety. People need to realize that all the safety systems in your car (ie airbags, curtain airbags, rollover sensors, etc.) depend on you wearing your seatbelt!!!
