I've dissed this guy pretty hard on other vids just recently seen, for lack of practical business sense & spending money wastefully. But I gotta give him props for his sense of dignity, ruthless honesty & integrity. In the end, he didn't sacrifice his principles when he might have cut corners & screwed folks. Business success is only one type of accomplishment & compared with many it's not the most important. So he didn't know the biz & made some mistakes, he's a #1 stand-up guy & family man.

It takes guts for a person to except mistakes in business and a stronger one to do so on camera. Keep the small cars and use your new knowledge and go forward, you've obviously got what it takes to run a business, and now a clear path to take your limo business forward. Some time down size is all it takes to grow a business. Good look.

I feel the pain. I have been in the business for over 20 yrs. My secret is to keep it simple. The guy who wants to be the big dog usually goes first. The economy is truly the no. 1 culprit. What is really saving me is the repeat business I have established over time. Good luck to you.

Tough to make it with the overhead. In the suburbs of San Diego a lot of business do things like keep the limos at the drivers homes or run their business from non comercial properties and move whenever the authorities get too close. You cant compete with that if you follow the rules you are at a big disadvantage. I hope you are still good financialy now that it is done.......
