Maria Thomas, CEO of Etsy, held this talk at Nye's Polonaise Room in Minneapolis after speaking at the American Craft Council
annual meeting in Saint Paul. Along with talking about Etsy's mission and possible future direction she takes questions from
the audience, nearly all of which gear to the seller's experience.
