4.5 ounces of Protein
1 Serving of Carbohydrates
1/2 Serving of fat
I don't count the veggies because those are fibers and they just move through the digestive track aiding in digestion.. You can pretty much have as much vegetables as you want.. But you don't need to eat a whole garden and no starchy carbs to get lean.. You'll lose a lot of water weight and glycogen and some fat.. But you'll have no energy and you'll get really skinny if you stay on those diets for a long period of time.. Well, that's what happens to me.. What happens to you might be something completely different.
