Song: Audioslave - Cochise
Drums: Roland HD-1

This is my first song. Been playing for 2 months now.. Learning on my own, that's why I need you to give me some comments :)

Please ignore the "ride/bell-problem".. It is very hard to control just how hard to hit for the ride and not the bell...

And uhm.. I'd love some tips for new songs that you think I could play..!

  • amazing? wow thanks man! :D

  • You are good for 2 months.

Hmm, why don't you try Faint by Linkin Park ?

    Try some speed song =D

  • thx.. now it's been over half a year, haven't got any better coz i'm busy with school :)

  • Would you recommend this kit ?

  • well.. i live in a basement, so i can't really have a real drumset.. so yes it's great because you can play without killing your neighbours... but you get what you pay for really, this is cheap, still good :) go for roland! i'm sure there are many other great drum-set-dealers out there, but roland is great :)

  • LOL i'm broken i love this song..... wait a minute grrr LOL

  • Oops, I meant to say "since you're still playing the right hand on the ride cymbal with the left hand on the crash, it keeps you in time better."

  • Very good cover but you really need to get that left hand doing more than just the snare on 2 and 4. Hit your left side crash with your left hand while still on the ride cymbal with your right, don't reach over your left with your right to come up to the left side crash (especially when your left hand doesn't have anything to play on that note). It keeps your right hand ready for the next note, and since you're still playing the right hand with the left hand crash, it keeps you in time better.

  • its pretty good for 2 months...even thouugh! be careful with only palying electric meanwhile learning...it can harm your wrists long term , or your technque.but dont worry bout that keep playing

  • go for the yamaha instead, way better
