"Morning yall!" Kelsey said as she descended into the sitting area.
"Hey Kels." Nick and I said in unison
"Mehflehaneyheh." Olivia mumbled, her face was in a pillow by now, poor baby.
Kelsey laughed and sat down. I turned on TV and TMZ came on.
"Alright so Jonas Brothers concert in Dallas, Joe brought a friend on stage rumored to be Nick's ex girlfriend." One of the guys said
"Oh I definitely think so, I mean Nick is the player Jonas right?" Another replied.
They all laughed as I just switched the channel. All eyes were now on Nick. He shook his head and disappeared like he always does. It was now silent. No one had anything to say. This was really getting to all of us but all I know is it's only getting on my nerves.

Once I got to school it was BAD. Shannon had to play Big Rob for the day and protect me from any crazed freshman attacking me like I was a Jonas myself. There was even a camera crew for channel 5 at the school all day trying to get a chance to talk to me. It took until about 4th period for my principal to finally call me down to the office.
"Yes Principal Carter?" I asked as I sat in her office.
"Miss Bryson. I hope you realize what this is doing to our school. First day back and it's chaos?" She explained
"I know ma'am and I apologize but it isn't my fault that it got out. I mean if it were up to Nick and I, this would all still be in the shadows." I told her
"I understand. But considering the circumstances, we've called your Mother, she's picking you up." She said
"But Miss Carter how am I going to be able to come back it'll just be the same thing tomorrow!" I whined
"I know. That is why Mrs. McNamme is going to come to your home every afternoon at 4 and tutor you on what that days lesson was. This will continue until this gossip buzz blows over." I was told
I agreed and sat back in my chair, waiting for my Mom.
When she arrived, we fought through several cameramen and reporters and left the school. Once back at home, the two of us sat in the kitchen with Hot Cocoa in hand, watching television from the living room. It was all over the news. 'Local Texan has Jonas Romance' Jesus, people need to hop off and mind their own business.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" My mom asked
"No, I uhm... I'm just gonna go call Brenna and lay down." I answered, and ran up to my room.
Once I locked the door, I called Brenna, 3 rings and she answered.
"Mandy! Thank God you didn't die! It's all over the news and-"
"I know Brenna. There were several camera crews outside my school, at least 40 girls tried to wring my neck today, I'm not even allowed to go to school because of all the attention I'm attracting. I hate this Bren, I really do!" I explained to her as tears welled up in my eyes.
"Awh, it's okay Mandy... Hold on. Joe wants to talk to you.." She handed Joe the phone
"Hey MandyBear. How're you holding up?" Joe asked cutely
"I'm better..." I giggled, still teary. "It's bad Joe. They're making me be home schooled because of this. I attract too much attention, nothing get's done."
"I see. Well just think about it this way, about 50,000 girls would love to be you right now. And you can walk around with something they don't have." Joe explained
"Which is?" I asked
"Nick's love." He replied
"What?" I repeated
"Do you know how much this is hurting him as well?" Joe asked me. "He won't talk to any of us. He's always hiding in his bunk or talking to that hoe of a girlfriend of his on the phone, He's practically isolated now Mandy and it's all because he won't truly admit what he really feels. He's sitting there, trying to push it all away but he can't."
I was speechless with what Joe had to say.
"Joe, I have to go. I have a lot to think about." I replied, and hung up quickly before returning into the ball position I've grown quite fond of...
