I just harvested my chamomile recently, have you ever tried drinking tea fresh off the stem? I put 8 heads in and let them sit in hot water. in 5 minutes im ready to drink. Have to say it works well. However i'd like to know other ways to store and drink! pleas share!

@sublime87 Hi! Thanks for your comment. I've never tried making tea with the fresh flowers. I have used a food dehydrator to dry out the flowers. It only takes a few hours. I would guess that spreading them out on a flat, dry surface would do the trick too, but it would take days. Just make sure that all moisture is out of the flowers before storing or else they could spoil. I use glass jars for storage.
