Okay - there is no gasoline or diesel involved - it's LPG.
For a better view, longer, with English narration, search for "Destroyed in Seconds - LPG Filling Station"
Personally, i wouldn't want to live anywhere near and LPG facility of any sort.
Too easy to get a nuclear-range BLEVE out of the stuff.

Probably - it's almost impossible to generate that big an explosion with either gasoline or diesel without meaning to.
And even if it was gasoline, it'd have to be an above-ground container/tank to make a BLEVE out of it.
