GOOOOO! JOE so nice to see you in my neck of the woods and having a good day at Vesuvius. a lot of people think since they drained the lake for the new dam that Vesuvius is dead, but not true, it going stronger than ever with bigger bass and you are a testament to that bro i love your vids.

Hey joe i was from ironton ohio and i love to fish in lake Vesuvius but now since they drained the lake the fish have kind of died down.

The fishing is very different than before. I catch more spotted bass now, but less largemouth. The largemouth I catch now are of better quality though. Before the lake was drained I'd catch 25 largemouth in a day but I'd be lucky to get one over 12 inches. After it was refilled I am lucky to catch 5 or 6 but get many in the 3-4lb range.This video was done after the lake was drained and refilled. Thanks for watching the show.

Joe, how's it been? I'm back down here in Florida and getting ready to go out to Lake Kissimmee. You need to come down around late winter and fish.
