This is a Cushman Trackster I re-powered with a Briggs Vanguard 18 hp engine. Engine is running at half throttle in the vid, lots of power.

  • The Trackster will climb almost straight up if it has the traction, as will a COOT. They are different animals though, the COOT floats better,( unless you have a Marsh model Trackster), the Trackster is way more manuverable, will turn around in it's own length, COOT has better ground speed and will carry more people, Trackster is way better in snow. Both great machines, just depends what you need to do,

  • Are these machines still being made , and do they offer a cab for them ?

  • No, they are not made by Cushman anymore, there is a Co. that makes an improved version based on the old design.: Terra-Track. They have a cab and heater.

  • Never saw one of those before are those snow only or dry track also ?

  • They were an all season ATV, they even float and propel themselves in the water with the tracks. I use mine all year, great hunting vechicle....
