One of my clients was kind enough to let me film the last cycle of her treatment. Normally I would perform the following positions at least three times for relief of migraines (what you're viewing is the last of seven repetitions).
During each position, I would inhale through my third eye and exhale through my hands. It may sound a bit strange, but imagining yourself doing this helps you release kinetic energy without draining yourself.
1) Both hands on top of the head
2) Temples
3) Right hand over the eyes, left hand on back of head
4) Hands on side of the neck, over the carotid artery
5) Right hand at the base of the throat, left hand on the back of the neck
