  • "Autumn To Spring" (Charisma) shares 6 songs in common, including this one, with "Emerlist Davjack" (Columbia). "Autumn To Spring" contains 3 additional songs, including 'America'; "Emerlist" only a couple: 'Rondo' & 'War & Peace.' I haven't thought about this or listened to this music in decades. It's so pleasant to be reacquainted with these gems, thanks to you.

  • one of my favourite songs. the end is so great

  • I have all the original albums on vinyl, & for the few short years they were together, the albums were quite different. 'Emerlist Davjack' can be considered their 'psychedelic album'. I believe Davy O'list left during the recording of 'Ars Longa Vita Bres' (excuse the spelling, it's been a while) & starts to show the classical side. The '5 Bridges' takes the classical element even further in a live setting. Elergy is heavy w/ the live Filmore songs.

  • Thanks for having posted this. From The Nice i only have a compilation from which this is the only track i really like ( in fact i love it).The other tracks are basicly blues and rock and roll jams, frequently played out of tune and quite uninspired. Can you recommend which albums of them are worthy to achieve?

  • Very underrated band.
