A shame, protecting a VIP is based off layers of distnace of the protectee and the public. The more distance the better the chances of survival. You can not protect someone from someone whi is willing to die for the target. Distance is critical, how close the crowd is to her is shocking. Easily avoided and possibly prevented. Lack of training and preparation. Such a shame.
