Sen. Isakson criticizes President Obama's budget for borrowing, spending and taxing too much and does not believe that it will stimulate the economy. Instead, Isakson offers his own solution to the economic crisis in the form of a housing tax credit that would encourage homebuyers to get back in the market, therefore reducing existing inventory.
