Meh, compared to todays parkour and freerunners they arnt really that good. But I do understand that this was a while ago when the sport was still somewhat developing

yeah, give them no prior knowledge of what the track will be like. parkour would be the most demanding of olympic sports if it was inducted, it is the ultimate workout. freerunning/parkour is like athletics, long-distance running, gymnastics and acrobatics in one neat little package. greatest fucking sport ever.
