The DSI Is another Form of the DS They Dont JUST have games for it, It's Like the DS Lite They dont have Games JUST for that system, or Even The original DS They dont have games for THAT system. I dont have a DSI but I think you buy games off the Shop channel But thats basicly all.

So They have time to make Zelda games for the DS but not for the Wii? I think they should spend more time on the Wii's New Zelda then The DS we already have phantom hour glass....

You can bet that they are working on a Wii one. They just haven't announced it yet. Nintendo definitely has the resources to work on 2 Zeldas simultaneously, especially now that the Wii is printing money for them.
