@Slugg0matic I remember that episode, and didn't Larry win, and then share the trophy with the audience, after him and Lane chopped the trophy into pieces and threw it out into the audience piece by piece? I could be wrong, but from what I remember Larry never lost a build off on the show. I remember that being mentioned at the tribute show.

@rrhynes If they were trying to be Evel they would be alive, because Evel always wore a helmet. In fact I saw his son's show where he chewed his son out because he didn't wear a helmet.

@RetroGoop Why when someone gets killed violently in car races, moto crashes, etc....people always say stupid shit like "Oh he died doing what he loved"? Well dead is dead, but I saw alot of it in Viet Nam, and I'm also a biker, and I can think of alot of better ways to die, like peacefully in your sleep of old age, so cram that bullshit. @rrhynes Agreed. This guy was a genius when it came to bike building but when it came to riding, he was an asshat. I have no sympathy for guys that die doing the shit he did without some protection. Its there for a reason. It doesn't make you less cool to wear a helmet, it keeps you around for your loved ones.
