@MonOpinion1701 This is a silly comparison for so many reasons. I will mention a couple of the important ones.
1) How can you quantify this without adding the extra taxes that the government charges you for the health system? Most of the cost is hidden in taxes.
2) There are many other factors, such as how much liquidity was in the markets, how recklessly money was lent and borrowed, etc. How much people stretched their budgets to get into bigger houses than they should have.

@YoungIvyScholar Stossel reputation went down the crappy once he went to Faux News. Sara Robinson provides factual information that effects an entire population in our system. She is someone who has lived and worked in Canadian system. Stossel provides anecdotal evidence (look up the meaning), misleading information, biased reporting then paints with a broad brush. He was once a good reporter.

Did any of you catch this womans bumbling fumbling script reading...you can even hear her shuffling the pages of her script. do your own research, not just read the editorials of Faux news readers & insurance industry spokesmen. It will be better if we don't have to buy healthcare from anyone that makes a profit off of it. Thats the main issue today...the profit margins are running the costs off the charts and the insurance industry is cutting out the sick people to increase their profits.
