In this episode we show you how to make almond milk. You can use almond milk to make alfredo sauce as we did in our last episode or you could put it on your cereal or use it as an ingredient in countless other recipes.

when I made almond milk and put it in a box in the fridge, there was like a layer of fat or oil or something swimming on the top of the milk and it tasted and smelled gross...what did I do wrong ? :(

Perhaps your almonds were bad? Not sure, haven't had that problem. But If I saw a layer of oil on the top I wouldn't taste it. Maybe get some new almonds and try another batch.

I like your videos. I like the way you think in them. But as for the almonds, they are not honey. Honey is a secretion from a bee that is not vegan. Almonds have no animal products in them. Bees will pollinate whether they do it in the wild or if they are slave bees. If it were the case that they weren't vegan due to this fact, then nothing would be vegan and we would starve to death. I commented on this same topic in my last cooking video.

How would you adjust the recipe if you wanted to make an almond cream? Also, saving the pulp for protein cookies is a great idea, boots! I was going to suggest that myself.

you can use the almond pulp and get creative with cookies. Also since raw almonds can be expensive i soak over night and blend 1c of almonds with 7.5 c of water, 4 c of h20 i can understand for thick alfredo sauce. Great video

One cup of almonds? Geez I feel so ripped off buying pre packaged almond milk all these years. Totally giving this a shot when I run out of my current carton of almond milk.

I haven't made almond milk at home. I have made soy but guess what? I can't have soy anymore ... so this works! I'll try it. I'm glad to see I don't have to peel the almonds! Thanks!
