I'm glad you guys are there. I live in Redding California and have had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy since 1997. The problem was that I was diagnosed in San Diego, and most Doctors here seem to think it's all a bunch of bull. The one thing I did do was go to school and became a Clinical Medical Assistant. What I'm going through right now though is the RSD symptoms are getting worse and I can't seem to get My provider to take me very seriously. What do I do?
My biggest hurdle is just getting out of bed in the morning (since 1999) I know that in the morning, before P.T. all I care about is my medication. Everything else is secondary. Now, to me, that sounds like a junkie and you know what? Thats exactly how I feel most of the time. In the 9 years that Ive been in Chronic Lower Back Pain Ive tried everything, EVERYTHING. I want to have my life back. the Pharmaceutical companies will prevail. We can dream cant we?
ithink i have broken around 70 plus bones, they healed but my damage to my skull and spine has caused residing problems, i fear the future and what i am going to end up like, im only 39 and take strong meds that dont help much unless i lay on my side. i was an athlete, had a job, had a house, now i feel like i am on the outside looking in on a life that i used to have. im not alone, anyone suffering and feel you are alone, God bless you, i know what constant suffering is. great video, thank you!
thank you for your video. I too have neurological pain. I was whiplashed so bad it stretched my spinal cord. You're so right, it has been a living hell. My family has ditched me..and ignore the reality of my pain. It's real and it's so hard : (
Great Cause...so many people suffer from severe debilitating chronic pain: back pain, RSD/CRPS, diabetic neuropathy, HIV neuropathy, post stroke pain, neuropathic pain...estimates range from 35-75+ million Americans suffer in some sort of pain that affects their lives.
