雙腳S型 -"Fish"

練習重點:以手部帶動肩膀,肩膀帶動腰,腰帶動膝蓋,膝蓋帶動腳部的原則去練習。
注意項目: 1.上半身是否比下半身先轉動(手部最先,根據練習重點之順序依序下去) 2.轉動與行進時,膝蓋是否保持彎曲 3.以慢速開始練習,起步時最好從靜止開始

側煞雛形 -"Parallel body Training"

練習重點:根據上半身帶動下半身的原理,在轉向的同時,快速地進行上半身反轉的動作完成轉身九十度
注意項目: 1.上半身先轉到一側(左),接著反轉同時膝蓋下壓將下半身轉向上半身轉向處(左) 2.上半身先轉時的力量要小於反轉,將主要力量放在反轉上。 3.下半身完成轉向時,轉動角度要保持在九十度(與原行進方向垂直)
