@leria10 It costs $9.99 a month. There really aren't any other alternatives right now. Hopefully an update will add navigation to Bing.

@leria10 It costs $9.99 monthly. Right now, there's not really any free navigation apps. A future update from Microsoft is supposed to add free Turn By Turn navigation to Bing Maps (just like how Google has Google Navigation).
