@TheFunkadelicFan It's not a logical fallacy, it's an opinion. Even if you don't agree with it, it's not a logical fallacy. Logical fallacies has to do with reasoning, not if you agree with someone's values, worldview, etc.

@hermanessences I didn't say it was a logical fallacy to think you have the right to kill someone (that just makes you a prick), I said it was fallacious to claim that someone "deserving" to die GIVES you the right to kill them.

@TheFunkadelicFan *headdesk*
Since you use the word "assume", are you talking about legal rights? Of course we don't have that right. Even if I thought so, that wouldn't be a logical fallacy, just a wrong belief or delusion. If you're talking about opinions, then yes, you can think you have the right to kill someone, that's not a logical fallacy, it's an opinion.....

@hermanessences It's a logical fallacy to assume that because someone deserves to die, that you, or anyone else, has the right to kill them.

@pankakesforlife I agree that it should not be used, primarily because it's a lot more expensive than life imprisonment. But I do think that in theory, when people do really horrible shit, they shouldn't have the right to exist.
@BrotherAtticus The day humankind "whittles EVERY religion out of existence" will be a good day.

You ever notice how an "extremist" or a "fringe" religious person is really just the people who believe it's actually the word of God. They're not bad Christians/Muslims/Jews, no no no, they're fantastic at it.
