COP CHARGED IN FIGHT WITH OFFICERS

ATLANTA (AP) An Atlanta police officer has been arrested on misdemeanor battery charges in connection with a fight with two other officers, one of them his son's mother.nPolice say 30-year-old Ricardo Moyet was arrested in the Jan. 14 argument in the parking lot of the police department's headquarters. Sgt. Lisa Keyes says Moyet has been assigned to desk duty and has been at least temporarily stripped of his law enforcement powers... The other two officers involved, 27-year-old Shannon Durham and 31-year-old Stephen McKesey, are still on normal duty. A police report shows Moyet and Durham were off duty. They were meeting to exchange custody of their young son.
