TrainFightWin.com has just released its newest video set. This is a smaller set, but is completely filled with information covering the highest percentage takedowns in MMA and No-Gi Grappling.
This set is taught by guest instructor George Allen, who is a veteran of the IFL, AFL, King of the Cage, Hook-N-Shoot, Bas Rutten Invitational, and MANY other organizations. His background in wrestling combined with his years of MMA training make for an awesome set of takedowns that are covered in this set.
