Today we're taking a look at the Pegasus -- a very solid backpack from SwissGear, made for durability and porting around your laptop. We were impressed with the backpack's construction and feature-rich design, as well as the ample room for most widescreen laptops with screen sizes up to 17".

If you're looking for a new backpack that will keep your laptop safe and sound, check out the Pegasus!

  • @jonaboy3 Um - New Egg sells this stuff. They make these videos because they are one of the most popular tech/gadget etailers on the net. That's why they make these videos.

  • Or that's cool

  • This backpack is built to perfection! I've had them for 4 months and it's been superb thus far.

  • which backpack is better the ibex or the pegasus?

  • I had a slightly different model. I found it to be very bulky and akward fitting. It protected my laptop good and had plenty of room for my stuff, but wasn't very comfortable. Also the stitching on the fabric that runs along the edges of the sholder straps came undone. Sure there's a lifetime warenty, but I don't know where my reciept from bestbuy is at. I'll probably get a Timbuk2 so I can be a hipster...

  • I've this backpack for 2 1/2 years to lug around a heavy 16" Acer. This thing is tough, very durable material, and comfortable. It is worth the 80 bucks I paid.

  • Just got mine in the mail today. Not using it til my older backpack is a complete PoS. And I paid $47 mwahaha compared to the regular $80. This backpack is a steal at either price though.

  • Wenger is always the best.,although it is a lilllt bit expensive, still worth it.

  • I have a sweet Swissgear bag from them. Bought it like 4 years ago and it still fits all my needs and looks pretty schnazzy. If only I could find a pic of it.

  • Wenger was acquired by rival Victorinox in 2005. In North America, licensed products using the Wenger and SwissGear trademarks are owned independently from Victorinox SA, and are used to market camping equipment (particularly tents, backpacks and sleeping bags), luggage, backpacks and office/business needs.

  • I just use a normal backpack when I carry my laptop. as long as you dont throw your stuffa round you wont have a problem.
