BMW 320i (E90) - 0-215 km/h Top Speed

I could've gone faster if the road wasn't so wet (it just stopped raining a few minutes ago), as water on the road surface creates more rolling resistance. And the car also ran on E10 RON95 gas, given the engine less power. Under a perfect condition I've been able to manage 220 km/h.

how did u start on launch control?? i have bmw e90 2008 and i cant do it??

@bmw320i123 It wasn't launch control. You hold the brake pedal while in gear (mine was an automatic) and then depress the accelerator half-way.

After it revs up to about 2k, floor it and release brake pedal at the same time. Be careful not to hold it for too long though (more than 5 seconds) as this puts a lot of stress on the torque converter.

@320Darkside จริงๆ เกียร์มันเปลี่ยนอยู่ตรงเส้นขีด­ๆ ก่อน redline นั่นแหละครับ แต่จังหวะที่มัน shift รอบก็จะตีขึ้นไปอีกหน่อย (ลองสังเกตช่วงที่วิ่งเกียร์ 4 > 5)

ถ้าไม่งั้นลอง reset เกียร์ดูครับ บางทีเกียร์มันก็เพี้ยนๆ เอ๋อๆ ให้เสียบกุญแจ แล้วกดสตาร์ทแต่ไม่ต้องเหยียบเบ­รก แล้วก็เหยียบคันเร่งให้สุด ค้างไว้ 30 วินาทีครับ แล้วก็ลองสตาร์ทเครื่องใหม่ดู

I just started tracking my 2002 M3. It has some mods. But I fine tracking your car once a month is good for the driving soul. Stops you from pushing highway speeds. Well sometimes.
