Turtle Dance!

For whatever reason, my kids' turtle Leo goes into this trancelike state and does this dance about once a day. Has anybody ever seen this before? Even though he seems perfectly healthy in every other respect, this "dance" has me worried that he's lost his marbles. Feel free to remix to other songs!

I originally had the Flaming Lips as a backing track but Warner Music zapped it. Now I have the generic track you hear.

Leo is a Malayan Box Turtle (cuora amboinensis, one of the only aquatic box turtles), who we rescued from a life in a dry tank with wood chips. These turtles are now on the on the endangered species list.

@sgsilentwarrior If you're serious about this being a mating dance, I have a female that I would be more than willing to mate for the sake of reintroducing the eggs back into the wild.

Speaking of which, has anyone heard of any Malaysian box turtle re-introduction groups in the US?
