  • Then why dont you tell us how to do it right you pussy. He has smooth and consistent reps. He fully stretches his lats at the eccentric portion and comes all the way back at the concentric portion. Tell us whats wrong with it.

  • You're talking about two completely different sports. Bodybuilding means to become bigger, so that you can show a massive body with good definition and proportions. The weight that you can lift/squat/press as a bodybuilder is not that important.

    The main thing in mind is to stimulate the muscles and not to be as strong as a strongman oder powerlifter.
