Tobias is a tremendous one year old black and brown male terrier puppy who came into the Baldwin Park shelter as a stray on July 28th. Sweet and cuddly this well behaved twelve pound boy is scared at being in the shelter, but once he is out of his kennel his true nature comes out. He loves people and other dogs. Tobias is full of kisses loves to cuddle and seems most content when acting as a lap dog. He will make a tremendous pet for families living in any housing situation. Tobias is in Kennel 120.
