Idiots in Action!

Saw these idiots dragging a very restorable 60's or 70's Ford car. There are many people (like myself) who would love to restore this car or use it for a parts car for another restoration. These fools were dragging it behind a Chevy truck, on flat tires, sparks flying, to the SCRAP RECYCLING YARD. This was not an automotive salvage facility - it was picked up with a crane and thrown on a rail car to be melted.

The video is long, but I figured they were going to have an accident because of the slippery rainy road and the complete lack of common sense. At the end you see a good view of the car and how nice it was.

The car swings left and right on the damaged rear axle and tires with oncoming log trucks and other large vehicles. This should have been a disaster. Ever notice how idiots can be so damn lucky?

The high scrap prices are a very bad situation for our automotove, equipment, and industrial heritage. Much of the old stuff is being sold for scrap.

Bottom could have been completely rusted out, with no motor, and a shot interior...lots of cars look ok on the outside but are completely junk and rotten.
