  • Not bad... Ringo + Country sounds much better than I expected! :-)

  • It was always said that Ringo couldn't sing ...

I think he sang quite well on this album.

I also thought that his voice was doing well on the album "Sentimental Journey".

  • I always thought that Ringo would have been a successful country singer.

  • Late 60's/early 70's country with bluegrass (dobro), Nashville crossover (backing vocals) and old-timey (harmonica) arrangement with classic honky-tonk. Not bad, but I wish they had done more straight honky tonk with him (ala Act Naturally both the Buck version and the Beatles) and cut out the gimmicks. Again, it's not bad, but sometimes Ringo's British accent backfires for me.

  • He should go back and do another country album.

  • "Beaucoup" is a French word how means "A lot" in English , very good song !

  • Beaucoup Of Blues (1970) is one of Ringo Starr's finest solo albums but not the one to start with if you wish to discover Ringo's solo discography.

  • well done Ring!:)

  • this is a great tune done very well

  • sounds a bit like Buck Owens
