you need to rub it down a bit harder. It will not magically remove the scratch by itself. I tried this product on a faded headlamps & it worked out well. where's the muscle.

you are doing it so wrong.... stop expecting things to work for you.. put down the chips and video game controller and learn properly ... did this on my buddys jetta after it got scratched and scuffed. used a simoniz buffer and then polished by hand. cant even see where the scratches were. but i laugh at you because you think you wasted your money:P

I'd have to agree with @tony76ms , you didn't even work the product in, funny actually that's the only reason why I watched your stupid review. Wanted to see how you applied it...tony saw what I saw when you were at the part with the rubstrip and put the camera on the floor and right after just 'dabbed' the rear fender .... instructions might have sucked but you suck even more for giving a bad review without knowing more...I've used nu finish before for quick fixes and never had bad results.
a little bit of 2000 grit wet sanding and I use rubbing compound, then i go over with Meguiars swirl X and finish it with some good polish then wax!!!!!!!!!!!!
