Easy Self-Hypnosis Induction

10 minutes is kinda short for hypnosis, but if you can follow instructions, you will get a pretty good trance on. this mixes elements of the dave elman induction with stuff i picked up from library books as a kid, and some original thangs, too. the only post-hypnotic suggestions are to feel good afterwards. i realized after recording and publishing this that the youtube video time limit has been increased to 15 minutes... longer inductions coming soon - subscribe if you're curious!
