I will show u a Kenyan way...without the bi carb and garam masala......try just wet slices of potato,,(lift out of water),....add / SPRINKLE DRYgram flour , crushed geen chillies, dhania, salt, chilli, garlic paste (option), JEERA SEEDS, hint of tumeric and red chilli (optional), and mix with hand.....fry in hot oil....serve with chutney:
GRATED and not blended tomato, grated green chilli, salt, lemon, and dhania....u can add some cucumber if u like.
