've been cookin for the past 2 months. A beginner i should say. I do have certain basic doubts regarding this recipe. 've seen my mom using corn flour on numerous occasions so 'd it be good if I substitute coconut milk with corn flour?

Sorry for the dumb questions: 1) Do curry leaves keep well? In other words how long can I store them? and 2) I always thought curry was a mix of numerous spices on from one leaf. You don't have to answer #2 I will look it up.
THANKS!

Hi Ranjani,
I really like those spice containers you have. Can you tell me where you found them? Thanks

@mastirishi2 you should be able to find them at Crate & Barrel, also try the container store or Sur La Table..

Curry leaves can be kept upto 2 weeks in the fridge, just make sure to wrap them up in a damp paper towel and seal them in a ziplock bag. You could also freeze them and keep them in the same way and they'll last you a few months- hope this helps!
